6GC Vs Jetta, I lost but I was close Options

So I was driving on the highway today and I saw a jetta that was on the right side of the road anyways he wanted to race cause he keep staying at my pace. I had my buddy with me too so Im like ok what the heck. I shift it into 3rd gear and take off and he takes off at the same time we go through this sharp 45 MPH turn on the freeway at 90+. We were very equal going heads to heads untill I reached near rev cut / shifted and thats when he pulled away from me. Overall His was turbo and mine was NA so I guess it was a determined battle from the start, but someday when I go turbo with my 20V these battles will become more intense. Its not the joy of winning, or losing its the battle.

Props to his driving skills of making past that curve, hopefully someday I can race him again because there aren't that many drivers who would gas it when they see a curved road.

lol im surprised it wasn't locked already. but those 1.8t's are lazy way. bought my mom a 05 passat....and maaaan does that thing run like a donkey!
