^ Yeah I think Raimi is taking alot from Ultimate Spider-man instead of the originals.
I mean they are so far off from the comics in this one its ridiculous but it still looks good. Gwen Stacey is in it, whens he was Peter's first girlfriend killed by Green Goblin off a bridge like he did with MJ in the first movie, so even though I'm a lil disappointed in the tossing of the originals, it still looks like a pretty kick ass movie. -------------------- |

I couldn't agree with you more. There was like 900 issues of great stories before the Ultimate Spiderman even came out. It seems like they're trying to cram 40 years of Spider-man into a few movies. I do find the movies entertaining though. They're light and fun the way comic books are supposed to be. Much better than the X-Men series IMHO. |
