To run the fuel pump constant, you would run a wire from the circuit opening relay (6 wire relay next attached to the ECU) to IJ1 pin 4 (blue / black wire).

To run the resisitor / relay setup, you have 2 options:
1. Use the ST205 Fuse box, which has the relay and wiring done for you.
2. Use any generic 5 wire relay and the appropriate resistor and wire it manually.

Do you have the fuse block and resistor?

Yup , the fuel pump resistor relay and AWIC water pump relay have their own separate fuse box attached to the radiator on the ST205. It's a few extra wires to run - but if you are starting from the ST205 harness, it should all be there already and just 'work' unless something was modified.
