What subs does anyone recommend? Right now im in between Phoenix Gold and JL. Which one is the best or is there any that are better?

in my opinion pioneer has the best head units. as for amps and subs~~~ they are okay. i personally like crunch and rockford amps. i've tried sony, alpine and pioneer too. all of them dun give u enough bass. for subs~~~ well there's a big list, but i personally like rockford and alpine. JL's are very very nice too.
one more thing. dun juss go for the brand, each brand has several different lines. for example, alpine type r, s, etc. so wut kind of sound u like. how much performance(?) do u want. and yadayadayada~~. ps. also it'd b nice if u upgrade ur factory speakers, since ur adding an amp or two. i custom fitted two 6 X 9 in the trunk lid. those are pioneer and hit high pitched sounds very nicely. and i have 4 kicker 6"1/2 2 up front and 2 in the rear. sound beautiful. it mite seem like a big investment. but u'll enjoy double.
