my st is starting to idle ruff and it gets bad when i hit the brake or have the ac on the car has a
lot of miles i and its maken a slite tickn sound and it puts out a puff of grey smoke but just when i first start it if it goes im going to take out a lone and put another in it does any one know were to get a good new 7afe |

That's nothing, you wanna try owning a ford. They take more oil than petrol LOL. Don't give up on it yet... if you can be bothered whip the head off and replace your valvestem seals, it'll be good as new for years. If you can't be bothered get a garage to do it for you. It may cost a bit but it'll be cheaper than a engine swap and probably be a more permenent and reliable fix. You should only consider an engine swap if you have low compresion and/or ticking/ clunking noises. Even those can be fixed but at that point engine swap or recondition is better.
