Seized 3sgte, $50 good deal? Options

Hey i know a guy that wants to sell me a seized 3sgte Block and head for $50, i was just wondering if it was even worth it to get it. I mean, $50 is pretty cheap, but it's doesn't run. I thought maybe it could go towards a 5sgte project but im not sure. What do you guys think?

yeah well he just assumes that it is seized, but he really doesnt know whats wrong with it. Haha i have another 3sgte in my Alltrac that is having problems already haha, But the 5sfe in my vert is perfect =). haha but if anything, they think the block may be bad, so thats why i figured, ok 5s block, ge head ok. Yeah i know its going to be a long hrad project but, uh $50 should atleast be worth it for a spare head alone. Well atleast i think so...

if you dont want it I would buy that up in a heard beat. I would build something mean heh
