How much time does it usually take for for the hood and bumper to get to the dealer? I've ordered mine almost 2 weeks ago and no news???

I'm calling tomorrow, I called the other day but were on hold for 15 minutes and just hung up, Calling from east canada to texas on a cell phone, I dont know what to expect on my next bill!
