 Broke My Door |

By accident I opened my door just as it was unlocking, and I messed it up so now I can't open the driver's side door from the outside. ALso, now when I roll my window down it makes a metallic screeching sound. I have no idea what to do, suggestions anyone?

well the problem prolly is that the metal arm came off the handle. and now the metal arm is hanging and scratching the window as you roll it down, making the sound.
