 Seized 3sgte, $50 good deal? |

Hey i know a guy that wants to sell me a seized 3sgte Block and head for $50, i was just wondering if it was even worth it to get it. I mean, $50 is pretty cheap, but it's doesn't run. I thought maybe it could go towards a 5sgte project but im not sure. What do you guys think?

Well, the engine doesn't run, so i was hoping to take it apart and see if i can fix it, and at the same time learn more about the 3sgte, which may help me on the road to fixing the one in my Alltrac. Even though in the Alltrac, i just think i need to replace the head gasket on it, and perhaps a few broken wires. But all i need now are the tools, and the space.
I also need an engine stand so i can actually move the engine around. Anyone know if anywhere is having like a special deal on them haha. -------------------- |
