Ok here is the deal.... For months I thought that I had a burnt out fog light bulb on the pass side. Apparently, I did not. I bought 2 new bulbs and replaced both bulbs and re-inistalled the fogs. The pass. side wouldn't work. So then I switched the fogs (drivers side in the pass and vice versa) and then the pass. side worked and the drivers side didn't. So my conclusion is that my pass. side foglight itself isn't working... Why would this be, can I fix it? Thanks

How do you have the bad foglight grounded? Check that ground wire, clean it with a wire brush, I bet that's your problem.
