ive looked a little bit and havent found any (and im not sure if there even are any) engine upgrades for the 7afe. are there? cams or anything to boost up the power even a little?

I have read from ToyotaNation the pistons from a 7AFE can be replaced with 4AGZE pistons with out much modification is it true?>>>??????
