 belts, how u guys do it? |

i bought some dayco belts bu tjus wann aget a heads up b4 i do it to make sure im nto doing anything wrong..can u guys tell me how u guys did your belts?.....

changed it today...wow it wasnt all that bad....after a few bloody knuckles and fingers...its installed......didnt even notice it was that easy to install the belts...ive loosend three bolts from the alt (as described^^^^)... 2 bolts from the power steering..and removed the belts...and install teh new ones.....a lil tricky on the power steering because i need to somehow "push" the brackets out so the tension could be tight on the PS....other than that everything else is jus re-installment.....
now, i got the ps, alt belts installed....HOW BOUT THE TIMING BELT???? anyone kno how to install?... EDIT: OH, and i didnt have to jack up the motor...but if i was to change the timing belt, would i need to??? This post has been edited by DeW_H0e_GT: Jul 10, 2006 - 10:50 PM -------------------- |
