I was driving to work today and I crashed my beautiful celica ST :( . I'm still working things out with the insurance company but i'm pretty sure they're going to total it. I loved my celica so much that i've decided i'll get another one, and maybe this time I can "upgrade" to the GT. I'm still not sure yet because i really enjoyed the fuel economy of the ST and i'll be using the car as my daily driver, so I want to know from you GT owners what kind of mileage are you getting under regular driving conditions? Also, do you think it's worth it to get the GT for a daily driver?

Firstly, sorry to hear about your celica – but real glad you’re a-o-k!
City with A/C blowing, I usually get 21-23 mpg, and usually get 275 miles to a tank (filling once light comes on). If I were you, I’d go with a GT. It is not like it is going to be a super powerful car that will drain your gas as fast as you put it in...if you know what I’m saying. So, I’d go for the little* faster GT b/c it is more fun.
