Has anyone put a Superstrut suspension on their 6th gen yet? I'm going for it and the only thing I can think of that will be a problem is the drive axels and the tie rods on the steering rack... which is why i bought that steering rack from you manny..... so I could dissasmble the steering rack and reassmble it with the funny tie rods.

i don't see why you would want to do this...the superstrut setup isn't really better then a mcpherson setup...it has joints in it that the mcpherson doesn't..thus more parts that wear out...
doggy(romas) even swapped the Susperstrut out of the SS3 celica and installed Mcphersons because of the increased reliability and less hassle...but more to ya for trying something new |
