I don't know what this could be but I have a few ideas. I was wondering what any of yall may think it could be.
My car normal temp in idle revs itself 100rpms back and fowarth. Anyone got any ideas? |

I've fixed the problem on my car, it was the IAC valve. I didn't have to replace it, I just ajusted it so it would close properly. To do this I removed the two screws on the back of the IAC valve and moved the position of the metal plate.
Now the car idles perfectly. The Rpm on coldstarts has also gone down from 2000rpm to 1300rpm. P.S I have the 3SGE engine, so I don't know if it's the the same on your car. This post has been edited by MacBain: Jul 17, 2006 - 11:18 AM |
