i just saw a celica on overhaulin its the episode where they overhaul a 2 door tahoe it looks pretty sick

On these types of programs do people actually goto a scrap yard, find the biggest pile of crap and then enter or are there people in america that actually drive around in cars like that?
I guess you don't have anything like an MOT over there, as most of them look like death traps before they get on the show. |

I guess you don't have anything like an MOT over there, as most of them look like death traps before they get on the show. you'd be surprised, we don't have MOT over here. you can drive around in busted up car and as long as it passes emissions once a year you're fine. i know when i was in the uk, i thought the mot was an awesome idea. we'd have a lot of poeple without cars tho, even i used to drive a beater!
