 Upgraded Internals, What exactally would this include? |

So I'm dreaming of beating the smack out of my little 5sfe. I do know that to push it hard, I'd have to upgrade the internals. I'm not close to crossing that bridge, but what would I need to do to make it not blow up? What exactally would I upgrade?

The crank is forged and is a bull it can handel what ever you through at it.
3s rods can be swapped into the 5sfe and would be a better swap. If you want you can have them built and they will hold up even better. 98+ 5sfe pistons are forged (so I have been told). supra 7mge Injectors work for the 5sfe. They are bigger 330-370 cc.
