ok so im trying to do my rear disk conversion and i remember when we pulled the parts off of marks car the rotors wouldnt come off so i decided to leave them on till i could get them home and pry them off
well i even tried using bolts to break it and IT STRIPPED THE HOLES in the rotor ![]() it seems like its trying to bring the e-brake drum with it and thats why it wont come off, i have no clue what to do here and im freaking pissed off as all hell because problems just keep coming and coming with this piece of **** car. |

Are the brake components installed on the car already ? Or do you have the whole unit sitting on the floor somewhere ?
If installed on a car - Since you stripped the srew holes. Grab a can of PB blaster spray the lugs and the center of the rotor. Wait a few minutes. Take a rubber mallet and beat on the inside of the rotor. By inside I mean the side thats facing the car. If its not on the car put the unit in a bench vice and do the same techinque listed above. You can clamp on to the bottom of the rear knuckle. Good luck and take a break. This is soposed to be fun, so go outside and take a breather to clear your head. Dont worry you'll get it Brian. -------------------- ![]() I will return one day. |
