 turbo problem |

well ok guy..my turbo spins freely at idle but when i drive the car the turbo seems as if it gets suck or something.no boost what so ever...even with a boost controller there..it doesn't seem to boost..but it spins freely at ilde thought..any thoughts???

i have all thatstuff..like boost controller ,gauge, super afc, timer..all that good old stuff..oh yeah only pulling one pound..sad huh...turbo is in great condition not sure why not boosting..no boost leaks either...
