Im getting ready to do alittle work on my car, and I was thinking of removing the power steering. For weight reduction, and free power. Has anyone ran the celicas without power steering? If you have how do you like it? How did you do it, my integra I took the pump out and essentially looped the 2 lines with a T in them with a reservior on it to allow for the preasure to be reduced. Any advice? thx

If its a daily driver dont remove it. Just not worth the hassle everyday. I dont have PS in my car, but I drive it about 4 hours a week. If I'm lucky.

If you are looking to squeeze a few ponies out. Get a cold air intake, header, and exhaust. If you do that you'll totally forget about removing the power steering.

I will return one day.
