94 Supra for $8000 ... strange? Options

So was on autotrader.ca and I found a 94 Supra for $8000 and I thought that was a typo. I emailed the guy and he said the car is in Florida and he would need to ship it to Canada. I've been seeing a lot of stories of cars being flooded by the hurricanes and being resold .... could this be one. I think it's too good to be true, here's some pics 94 Supra

Thank you for your interest in my 1994 Toyota Supra. First of all, the car is mint from front to rear so please don't ask me questions like "is it running, does it leak, does it have scratches, rust, floods, accidents.." or any similar questions. This car has been well maintained and garage kept, it is only weekend drivin. There are a lot of modifications done to this car, by highly qualified and highly recommended technitions, it puts down 800hp at the rear wheels with great drivablility! There is so much to list of modifications, that if seriously interested, I will email a detailed list to you. Also, 90% of the stock parts are still available. The car is currently located in Shalimar, FL- USA. I have listed the car on many websites including autotrader.ca in order to get as much offers as possible, however you must know that the vehicle has a US registration on it, NOT a Canadian one!! Please be aware that the vehicle is admissible to Canada and conforms to all emissions/safety requirements needed to be imported to Canada ( I checked it myself on http://www.riv.ca ). Once again, the only reason for listing it on autotrader.ca is to sell the car faster.
This is a fast sale forced by financial reasons. My wife and I are expecting our first child in a couple of weeks and we need to make some financial arrangements before this happens. I already have tons of emails so you must understand that I must sort them out somehow. That is why I will take into consideration only the serious buyers. So, I want this transaction to be smooth enough as I am caught in the middle of some very important events and have little time at my disposal.
Vehicle is available for check out/pick up in Shalimar, Florida (for local buyers or for cash payments vehicle inspection/ pick up is available anytime during 5:00PM - 9:30PM Monday-Friday ). Also, shipping is available within Continental US/Canada.
The price i am asking for it is US $8,000. I will not negotiate the price !
