Currently, my car is in the shop for a check up. The '97 GT has about 96,000 miles on it and my mechanic has taken a look and suggested the following:
Replace Timing belt (And some other components in this area) Replace Spark Plugs Replace Fuel Filter Replace Belts & Hoses (Look kinda worn) Replace PCV Valve Does this sound right? Is there anything he is missing or should not include? Just want to get some opinions before I lay out the cash. |

brandtlj!...first of let me say its great to have sum 1 else from Alabama in here! lol! umm..so how well do u know this mechanic?? i know i always take my car to a friends shop...i donno i feel more comfortable and know he'll never screw me over. however...u gotta kinda think of him as a doctor....cuz if he is tellin the truth...he probably knows whats best. if ya still think that maybe still don't wanna trust ur Celi w/ this shop..take it to another and see what they think...get various opinons. ...hope i was of sum help!
