Im stuck and I dont know what to do next. I have a 95 St celica with 206k miles and I want to start modding my engine. I want to get a new replacement engine and then turbo it in the future but I dont know where to start. I have about 1600k to spend. Its not alot but do you think that will be enough to get myself a new 7afe engine or should I do something else?

Basically im trying to have a turbo my 7afe but I can't. My Engine has to many miles on it. I was trying to see what would be a better idea. Should I try to swap in a newer 7afe with alot lower miles and than turbo it or should get the engine rebuilt and than turbo it?
