 Tint percentage?, To all NYC and NY area |

Im interested in getting my car tinted, but I'm not really sure by how much.
To those who lives in the NY and NYC area, what tint lvl do you guys have? Front Sides - 35% Back Sides - 20% Rear - 20% BTW, would having 20% rear tint kill my vision during at night? Would tinting my frotn windshield 80% get me in trouble? BTW - does anyone have any 35% tints and could possibly give me a pic or two  Thanks
