hi there folks i'm from cape town south africa south africa and im biulding a 7afe block with 20valve cylinder head with a turbo. i got a couple of problems and hope someone can help me.
i cant find a cambelt that fits properly and do i need to modify the head gasket(i'm using a 20v one) I WOULD LIKE all the help i can get. i'm getting fed up with golf's giving me a hiding |

If this gets move to the FI side, it'll get more attention. Congrats on your work so far, you've got to let us all know how this thing turns out.

Congrats on your work so far, you've got to let us all know how this thing turns out. my motor is complete, i ceramic coted the 7afe pistons and am using a renault espase timing belt, the tensioner had to be made bigger. i'm gonna run the 20v throttle bodies and add a garret gt 17 turbo. only have 1 problem my altenator. will hopefully install the engine over the week end
