Ok, so when i'm driving from a stopped position, and I get to shift (so about 2K/RPM) and I shift, I hear a clunk, not very loud, just enough to be noticed. It happens every time. It only started happening after I got the engine swapped. What could this be? I am bringing the car back to the shop where I got the work done for a checkup on Monday and this will definitly be addressed. Any thoughts? Cheers in advance.

Just out of curiosity... Do you always start driving a stopped car at 2K rev? It seems kinda high to me...

no but i shift @ ~1800rpms, that, and my throttle is a little loose i think b/c it fluctuates when idling.
