Yes it is, but the downpipe is not the same (it curves to the left where as celicas' curves straight) considering that MR2's cat is very small. In other words, the header bolts up (becuz it's a 5SFE head) but the piping design isn't made for that car. You could always just use the header and have a custom 2.5" pipe cat-back system made for you.
