I was wonder how much you guys know about sniper rifles. Im looking to buy one and have about $4k to spend. What do you guys think is one of the better ones in that price brakcet?

There have been 7 shootings in the past month that I am aware of where the victim shot at the person and hasn't spent 1 minute in jail or even been fined.
