I was wonder how much you guys know about sniper rifles. Im looking to buy one and have about $4k to spend. What do you guys think is one of the better ones in that price brakcet?

Handgun = personal protection, target shooting
Sniper rifle...not so sure the need, but our Constitution protects the right to own. Other than that, many Americans enjoy hunting and target shooting. Plus, owning guns is no different than any other hobby.
