So I was going to install the JDM fogs and I could feel the bolt holes. I read that it is easier to remove the bumper to do it but when I was taking off the bumper a bolt broke and I didn't want to go any further for fear of breaking further bolts so I was wondering if there were anyway to install those bolts without removing the bumper
P.S. the bolt that broke was one of the ones connecting the bumper to the covers on the bottom of the car so is it at all possible I would prefer to not have to remove those bottom covers either.
