a long time ago i got a set of 10s with an amp for very cheap. i had them in the car for a while, and while i did like having subs, i hated the big 50lb box taking up all my trunk space. so i decied to make my own floor mount. it was very easy to do and the subs ended up sounding pretty good. took a lot of tweaking with the eq to get everything to sound just right, but i think in the end they ended up working out really weel. check it out.
