Im getting ready to do alittle work on my car, and I was thinking of removing the power steering. For weight reduction, and free power. Has anyone ran the celicas without power steering? If you have how do you like it? How did you do it, my integra I took the pump out and essentially looped the 2 lines with a T in them with a reservior on it to allow for the preasure to be reduced. Any advice? thx

to take out your power steering??? why your car is no HONDA plus it weigh about 7lbs if that much....

the ps pump actually weights quite a bit..

all i can say is.. remove the ps belt and try it out for a few weeks. (just the belt)

if you dont like it... then re-install the belt. smile.gif
