Hey Guys,
Tonight I went to the track with a bunch of my friends to see what my car could run before I do my 20 valve silver top 4A-GE swap, and I ended up lined up against a Viper GTS with exhaust on one of my four runs. ![]() How does my track time compare to other ST track times for the quarter mile? Keep in mind that I had a slow reaction time of about .6-.8 on every one of my runs. Also, if anyone's curious, here's a pic of the Viper that was at the track. ![]() -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

Costs: Track fees: $100 New Tires (the old ones are now "one with the track"): $500 New transmission (so thats why the manual says don't dump the clutch):$1000 A little piece of paper that tells you your car ain't meant to race: Priceless Just watch others race. See if someone who has a ST can send you a photocopy of their drag results. its a lot cheaper. Check major cities around you if you're interested, but racing is really hard on a car. I don't mean to rain on your parade, but celicas (stock, especially an st) just aren't race cars. Save up an buy a supra, or do the engine swap for the 3sgte then take it to the tracks.
