Title says it all, all I have is my original starter, cleaned up. I'd like to have it reinstalled by this winter. Thanks for looking.

What is wrong with it?

I have no idea what's wrong with it. Maybe you could diagnose it for me? All I know that it was locked up (seized) bad enough that my car would not start even while tapping the housing.
