that way, he can pay 50-75 bucks to ship it, if it's oversized, and then pocket the rest, and not have to pay the ebay fee, as that is not part of the final price of the item.
 . they are over-compensating for thinking it will have to go freight. I know for a fact that it doesn't have to go freight, bc i shipped a supra style spoiler using FedEX.
