When I saw this I wondered if the chain link fence at the end was only attached to the top horizontal posts and not attached to the vertical posts. This may allow it to swing upward since the vertical posts are on the camera side of the chain link. The driver might have simply driven under the horizontal pole and pushed up the chain link and then chain link swung back down leaving law enforcement wondering how he disappeared.

I couldn't tell how tall the fence was. I looked above 5 feet.

The "supernatural speed" seemed kinda weird fast to me. The tape doesn't look like high speed pursuit> If the driver accelerated at a supernatural speed how come the cruiser maintained sight of the sedan?

The tape appears to jump from 23:35:36 to 23:36:43.”In the blink of the eye the driver comes into view again.”
That's a minute and four seconds missing from this footage. That’s a big blink!
This does not add credibility to the vid either, in my opinion.
