QUOTE(Bigmeanbulldog55 @ Aug 23, 2006 - 4:26 PM) I've been looking into it. The way I see it, the motor doesn't produce enough to really be a good drag car without it, and it won't with it either. Drag is all I see nitro useful for. I'm sure a 7afe would handle the 50 shot, but I'm not sure how long. Same as it could handle a 100 shot, or as low as 25. The lower the easier on the motor. If you need that extra boost, and you feel you can actually use it in your car, it's one of the best mods you could do for the money. Don't let people tell you it's dangerous, because it's not any more dangerous than any other power adder. Do it right, and it'll be fine. What I am doing is just saving the money it takes for the nitro and putting into suspension and savings. That way I can one day buy a nice motor for the car that is truely worthy of big power boosts. And a $600 NOS system has more than enough envestment to get you on the road to a turbo set up. Well said, thats what I call good advice ![]() -------------------- ----------------------6GC's FIRST V6----------------------
