speed holes in the hood: do they make the car go faster?

speedholes are not in the hood...scoops and vents are
speed holes are in the rear bumper http://www.lighterfaster.com/13163.html see there for CF inserts they are installed in the rear bumper in order for the air wich swirls up and behind it to escape without causing drag |
