I just purchased some Tein S-Tech lowering springs and was looking for professional installation but my price quote seemed a little high. I called the only place in my town that can do it and they said $344 for the installation. Does that seem a little high or about right? Also how hard is it to install them yourself? I read the article but didnt know if a compressor was really needed and about how long it would take an average joe to install them right.

springs are easy! and from my experiances, you dont need a spring compressor. Just follow John's write-up step for step and you'll be fine.
