 New problem for my celica |

Hey all. Just thought i would throw this one out to everyone to see if maybe someone else has had this problem and can possibly give me a solution. The other night i noticed that when i come to a stop and press the brake pedal, my headlights will literally go out and then come right back on
 . I also noticed that when i doesn't do that, the headlights kinda flicker when i step on the brake. I checked my alternator and it is putting out 13.88 volts and the battery is receiving that voltage. So, i'm thinking that it may be something in the brake light circuit. If anyone has any idea what my problem is or if they can give me some troubleshooting ideas, i am all ears for anything. Thanks guys.

check ur battery cables.
if they are loose it could cause that. i duno but when my cables were loose and the car wass on at nite i would drive and when i get past 3000 rpm it would flash or flicker like lightning lol but tha problem is fixed -------------------- Is this good enuff 4 ya? :D
