 What is this in my Drivers Vent?, I need help identifying this wire! |

So I took off my drivers side vent last night because I wanted to look at what was back there for installing my UK fog light switch and while I had it off I noticed some electricians tape and a black wire with what looks like a sensor or microphone? I am assuming that this is not factory since it has electrical tape around it.
Anybody recognize what this is and if they have it on their car? Thanks.     ..and yes I know its dirty in there and I need to clean my vents, that will be another project! If you have any information on what that is, let me know. Thanks. -------------------- |

Hehe funny I have those same sandals.
I would wonder what that was or what it was sensing for if it was for the alarm. If the wires still go somewhere trace them back or if they are disconnected see where they might have gone to. This post has been edited by bindertch: Aug 31, 2006 - 9:36 AM |
