 Filling hole when replacing Headunit |

Hi everyone. Just want to know guys who have replaced their original headunit ( cd player & tape deck) what have you done to fill the large rectangular hole left by the tape deck? Did you know some place to buy something to fill this up or you have made it yourself?

i did gauges as well. Looks best IMO. perfect spot for em.
