Has anyone ever used that Lucas Pure Synthetic Oil Stabilizer on their car? A mechanic friend I know said that his friend uses it on his B18 civic hatch and it works good, especially to quiet the valve train. Personally, I'm pretty "iffy" when it comes to oil additives. Any opinions or comments?

its just a viscosity enhancer, or in plain terms....it makes your oil thicker and stickier. you might as well just use a heavier weight oil, also the lucas stuff ive heard...
lacks a good additive package (anti foam namely) will wind up on your crankshaft more-so than your plain oil -------------------- |
