i was thinking of addin a turbo to my ride....but scared that riding turbo with an auto would be overkill.......is this an idea to think about???? or is it not even worthwhile?......

learn to drive stick and do an auto to manual tranny swap. its a lot more fun. and it seems faster than auto. my st is faster than my friends auto corolla which has like 25 more hp. but then again, it also depends on the driver.

Most performance vehicles (i.e. supra) are quicker with an automatic, and will hold boost better. |

Most performance vehicles (i.e. supra) are quicker with an automatic, and will hold boost better. your right,..however...the celica is NOT a "performance vehicles" (at least not our version of it here in the USA) lmao oobe has an auto ST thats been turboed for awhile now..although with the way the tranny shifts ect, id imagine you'd loose a fair amount of performance.. it would still be ALOT faster than your stock GT tho...lol
