someone backed into me..., i was...uh eh... not in the best mood...? Options

so im leaving school, someone was like 'dude kelly hit your car'
so i go to look at it sure enough...she hit it, and left.
you could say...i was pissed, i know this girl so i go over to her house...blah blah, hopefully i can get it sorted that they pay for ALL damages and i can...not ruin the relationship..(that prolly aint gunna happen, why? well cause its probbally gunna be a pretty penny for a very 'minor' thing in there eyes)

the damage isnt very much, but if someone ever sees waht time and effort i spend on the little things on my car, they know this is going to kill me to look at, even if i clean it up.

it looks at least a new tail light (the taillight is also pushed out somewhat on the outside making it stick out), maybe upgrade to some JDM's or afterburners...

and one thing i dont really know what or how big it is, the middle piece,(that the lisence plate is on) its pushed in, i need to find a part number for it, i have no clue what $$ thats going to cost. and my wing (even though hard to see) has a few good chunks missing, and is now loose...along with the paint scratches with the whole deal, they wont understand when this turns out to be expensive, for a little eye sore.

by the way, does anyone know what part exactly in the middle (where the lisence plate is) cost $ or the #?

and heck, if anyone has some psychology tips to make this go smoother...i wouldent mind that.
