well just got back from jersey thought i would post some new teaser pics

Top sheet metals is not necessary to change, it is the same shape on RHD or LHD. You will just need to drill out the mountings for the heater core and etc from your LHD top, and weld the RHD mounting in the R side. You can just cuz the opening for the Blower motor in the top metals on the Left side, and shut the Right side with the piece of metal. If you going to remove the windshield and replace the top metal - you will have to separate 4 pieces of metal sheet, and placing everything back is WAY WAY too difficult - belive me - we just finished conversion of the GT4 and its damn stupidly hard to change the top part.
As for the brake lines - only 2 lines that are running to ABS will need to be made from new. Clutch line will have to be longer too. There are still 100 of small bits and tricks that will need to be figured out - belive me... you are at the lets say 15% of the progress so far...
