17x8 +30, 225/45/17 is recommended for stock height flush-ness, but will they clear the rear fenders on a Tein drop with a fender roll? Anyone with experience on this specific size?

i was wondering if these would fit?
Flik Artic (gloss Black) Size: 17x7 PCD: 5x100 ET: 35 Weight: 18lbs. and does ET stand for the offset.
