 racing gearbox, is it good for daily drive |

i am planning to build a reacing gearbox for a long time. but still i coulnt decide. there is some kinds like helical or strait cut gears, sequrential or not. i know that these gearboxes can be used with or without clutch which affects gearbox life. anyone have experience?

Just imagine your driving in traffic (If there is any in Cyprus) and need to rev the engine to 2000-2500 rpm otherwise the engine will stall. Thats my experience with a "on/off" clutch.
Have driven a race/track/fun car some guys build for fun but to use that on a daily basis...... nope. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
