what is a good clutch for 5sfe? Options

Just when i got paid and ready to buy projectors or other types of stuff for my car my clutch messed up, what would be a good clutch.... performance clutch for the 5sfe?

Just thought I'd add my 2 cents...as far as clutches, if this is your daily driver consider the comfort/performance tradeoff. Unless your car is heavily modded, you don't really need more than the stock clutch. I've had a bad experience driving a 300zx with a very stiff clutch...after 4 years I developed a problem with my knee...and now have to resort to an atuo. I hope no one has this happen to them. What happened to me may be a bit extreme but anyway, just consider what a pain in the knee a stiff clutch can be.

As for the centerforce, its not a stiff clutch what so ever. Its the exact same as stock, actually lighter than stock. It just grabs better than an oem clutch and the release point is lower. But yes, with Nissans, for their aftermarket clutches, they are very very stiff. I have a number of friends with S12s, S13s, S14s, R32s and 300zxs and all of their clutches are stupidly stiff. Also, nissan motors are more heavy duty and also produce more power for the most part, there for they have to have stiffer clutches. Trust me, i have knee problems already in both knees, and with this centerforce clutch, i find it actually easier to drive than my OEM one. Only big difference is it grabs alot quicker and holds alot better at higher rmps, aswell as the clutch release point is further down. Also, before some one jumps on me for the whole knee problem comment, i wear braces on a daily basis.

That's cool, as long as the aftermarket clutch doesn't have a very stiff feel to it. More clamp force though usually translates to a stronger pressure plate which should cause a stiffer pedal. My brother just got a MR2 Turbo that had a ACT stage 3 clutch. stiff as hell. the car is pretty much stock but for whatever reason, the previous owner put this clutch on it...way overkill. anyway, he's having to change it out with a stock one. the ACT would suck in everyday traffic. as far as the release/grab point, that could be adjusted via the adjustment screws.
