JDM non Projectors, Do they still need to be converted to LHD Options

I need new lows but I dont have the money for projectors, I found some JDM lights for pretty cheap, they look just like the stock ones except they have the separate driving lights in them.

1. Does any one know if these still need to be converted to LHD?
2. If so would it be any different than converting the projectors?
3. And what would it take to hook up the extra driving lights?

US cars only have a single bulb in their low beams.

No parking lights (194 bulbs)?? Strange... another difference between EU/US models.
